Vendors should complete a vendor application anytime there is a change to any information (contact name, phone number, address, status, etc.)
Bids are to be delivered to the Procurement Office (see map) to the attention of the Contract & Procurement Manager located at 912 South Gay Street, Suite 710, Knoxville, TN 37902.
PBA may make purchases below $10K on the open market. Three quotes should be collected on purchases between $10K-$25K. Purchases above $25K must be made through a competitive bid process.
